Approvals and Submissions

To ensure Google and you stay aligned on overall platform messaging and positioning, we require that you submit your materials to Google for review and feedback, along with any questions you may have.

Review the Hardware Brand Guidelines

We encourage all partners to review this toolkit to ensure compliance with our hardware product brand guidelines and an accurate & consistent Google brand experience. Please do not use our logos, trademarks, brand assets or make reference to the Google brand without approval.

Submit Your Asset for Review

For Pixel, Daydream View, Google Home, Google Wifi, and Google Chromecast:

Please fill out the Made by Google Hardware Partner Approval Form here for creative review and approval. Submissions must include the following information:

  • Marketing Copy
  • Mocks/Visuals
  • Assets as attachments
  • Countries and Languages
  • Number of impressions(reach)

Approved brand assets can only be provided by current Google staff members.

If you need assets outside of this toolkit, please reach out to your Google contact.

For Nexus 6P, Nexus 5X, Nexus Player, Nexus 9:

All brand submissions should be sent using the Nexus Partner Brand Approval Form . Make sure you fill out all the information requested so we can properly track and reply to your request on the bottom of the form, attach the file(s) directly or provide the link(s) to the shared Drive file or via your file sharing service.

Wait for Approval

We’ll review your creative submissions as quickly as possible. Please allow adequate lead time to allow for adjustments to be made depending on the type or volume of assets submitted for review.

Note that Google may reach out to you during these time frames for additional information or to ask questions to help with the approval process.
